Who we are and what this covers

This policy explains how Litemind Labs ("Sellerity," "we," or "us"), an India-based business with its public address at B189, Sushant Lok 3, Sector 57, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, handles information when you use sellerity.co, the Sellerity application, or Sellerity Roleplay for ChatGPT. Contact us at hello@sellerity.co with privacy questions or requests.

Information we process

• Account and identity information: name, work email, account identifiers, authentication information, and company or role membership.
• Workspace information: company details, team member information, roleplay bot instructions and settings, scorecards, and usage or quota records.
• Roleplay information: session details, audio, transcripts, call history, scores, and coaching feedback, depending on the features used.
• Information you submit: prompts, business information, reference material, and other content you choose to provide. The marketing trial form collects name, company, work email, and optional notes; submissions are sent to Sellerity and may also be recorded in Google Forms.
• Website and device information: browser/device identifiers, pages visited, referral and campaign information, and interactions with the site. Marketing-site integrations may include Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Firebase Analytics, RB2B, and Factors.ai; these tools may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, attribution, and advertising.

How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, and secure Sellerity; authenticate users and apply company permissions; configure and run roleplay sessions; produce call history, scores, and coaching feedback; manage trials and usage; respond to support and privacy requests; prevent misuse; and understand and promote our services.

When you use Sellerity Roleplay in ChatGPT, ChatGPT sends the relevant tool request and information needed for the requested action to Sellerity's MCP service. OpenAI separately processes ChatGPT conversations and plugin interactions under its own terms and privacy practices. Sellerity does not ask for your ChatGPT password.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. Depending on your location, additional choices or rights may apply to analytics or advertising; contact us to make a request.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to support identity and authentication, hosting, databases, storage, real-time audio, AI processing, email, forms, analytics, and advertising. Depending on the feature, integrations may include Clerk, Google Cloud and Firebase, Neon, LiveKit, Resend, Sarvam, Vapi, Google Forms, Google Ads, Meta, RB2B, and Factors.ai. These providers process information for their service functions and under their applicable terms.

We may also disclose information when needed to provide a service you request, protect users or the service, comply with law, or complete a business transaction. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their independent use except as described in this policy or with your direction.

International processing

Depending on the type of information and the service provider involved, information may be processed or stored in the United States, India, or Singapore. Not every provider or data type uses every location. By using the services, you understand that information may be processed in these locations, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

Retention and deletion

For supported service operations, account and workspace information, roleplay audio and transcripts, call and score data, and service logs may be available for up to 90 days. Backup recovery may be available for up to 7 days. These are support and recovery windows; they do not mean that information is automatically deleted when the window ends. Actual retention and deletion can vary by system, data type, account status, and legal, security, or operational needs.

You may ask about or request deletion of information by emailing hello@sellerity.co. For information managed through an organization's workspace, we may direct you to the organization administrator or coordinate with them to handle the request. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, or restrict certain uses of personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Email hello@sellerity.co to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may refer requests about organization-managed information to your organization administrator. You may also have the right to raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

Children and policy changes

Sellerity is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. Do not use the services or provide personal information if you are under 18.
