Sellerity Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of Sellerity's website, application, and Sellerity Roleplay for ChatGPT. The service is provided by Litemind Labs, an India-based business with its public address at B189, Sushant Lok 3, Sector 57, Gurugram, Haryana 122011 ("Sellerity," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using a Sellerity service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. Any separate written agreement with Sellerity controls if it conflicts with these terms.

2. Accounts and organization workspaces

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Use only the companies, team information, bots, calls, and scorecards your account is permitted to access.

Organization administrators manage workspace membership and permissions. Organizations are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any permissions or consents needed for their use of the service, including use of employee or customer information and recordings.

3. Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in the instructions, business information, reference materials, recordings, and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant Sellerity and its service providers permission to host, use, copy, transmit, and process Customer Content as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service and comply with law.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Content. You are responsible for providing any required recording notices and obtaining consent before recording or analyzing another person's voice or conversation. Do not use the service to violate law or another person's rights, interfere with service security, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content you are not authorized to share.

4. AI roleplay and generated output

Roleplay conversations, generated speech, transcripts, scores, and coaching feedback may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They are provided for practice and coaching, not as legal, employment, financial, or other professional advice. Review generated results before relying on them, especially before making consequential decisions about a person or business.

5. Trials, fees, and service availability

ChatGPT Roleplay onboarding currently provides an eligible new company with a one-time five-minute roleplay allowance. Trial access may be changed or withdrawn. Any paid service, pricing, or additional commitments will be governed by the applicable order form or separate written agreement.

Sellerity may update, suspend, or discontinue features. The service depends on third-party systems and may occasionally be unavailable. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. An organization administrator may remove users from its workspace. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due under a separate agreement, or if we are required to do so by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Information handling after access ends is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sellerity disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Sellerity does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated results will be accurate or meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellerity and its affiliates, owners, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or liability arising out of or related to the service or these terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. This exclusion includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data; service interruption; and reliance on generated content, even if Sellerity was advised that such loss or damage was possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights and rules that apply to you, courts of competent jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law. Questions about these terms: hello@sellerity.co.
